Overseas Vietnamese Evangelical Church

The Overseas Vietnamese Evangelical Church (OVEC) was established in September 2022 and is currently under the spiritual leadership of Pastor Phan Phuoc Lao. Rooted in faith and unity, OVEC seeks to bring together the Vietnamese diaspora through worship, fellowship, and service.

Since its founding, OVEC has grown into a global network of 10 churches, sharing one vision — to glorify God and spread His Word to Vietnamese communities around the world. Through local gatherings, international conferences, and outreach ministries, OVEC continues to nurture faith, strengthen families, and build connections across borders.

At the heart of our mission is the fruit of the Spirit, as written in Galatians 5:22–23:

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.”

Together, we walk in faith, serve with love, and proclaim the hope found in Christ to every corner of the world.
